Levi Porter’s Training and Education
Levi Porter, PA-C, has been practicing since 1998, with a clinical focus on Internal Medicine and Pain Management. He also has a strong interest in mental health care and substance use disorders, bringing these perspectives into his patient-centered approach to care.
Levi earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from D’Youville University in Buffalo, New York. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds additional certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
He began his career providing primary care services at Sheehan Memorial Hospital in his hometown of Buffalo. In 2002, Levi relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, where he has continued to provide high-quality care across primary care, retail medicine, and pain management settings.
Levi is passionate about providing holistic, compassionate care for individuals living with chronic pain. His approach combines internal medicine principles with his experience in mental health care, helping ensure that underlying psychological and emotional concerns are recognized and addressed as part of the patient’s overall care.
Outside of his clinical work, Levi values time with family and personal relationships. He enjoys reading and caring for a diverse collection of indoor and outdoor plants.
